Estate Planning and Settlement

Estate planning involves many complex issues, including, but not limited to, family relationships; wealth preservation; changing tax and Medicaid laws; and specialized planning for elderly and disabled care situations. Estate settlement and trust administration can also be a complicated and emotional process for many families.  At Nuzzolo Law, we assist and guide families through estate settlement at probate courts and trust administration.

Probate Litigation

At Nuzzolo Law, we are skilled in all facets of probate litigation, including will contests or construction actions, interpretation of wills and trusts, trust reformation actions, guardianships and conservatorships, fiduciary accountings, and diverse other legal issues regarding estate administration. Our clients include beneficiaries as well as fiduciaries.

We have the experience and sensitivity to resolve difficult issues that are, or may become, the subject of litigation.  Mediation, arbitration, or other forms of claim resolution may be in our clients' best interests, and we explain and participate in those legal processes.  We also work collaborate and work with other professionals to provide our clients a team approach to their cases.
